Construction Begins on the St. Louis Community Wall
Gateway Council calls for submissions for a web-based cultural collage
St. Louis, October 8: HI-USA, Gateway Council announced today a call for submissions for the St. Louis Community Wall, a web-based collection of reflections from St. Louisans about our city. It will provide an opportunity for individuals and groups in the St. Louis area to express what it is like to live in our hometown and share their ideas globally via the World Wide Web. Community members are encouraged to create prose and visual art using both traditional and non-traditional media. Examples of submissions include poems, prose, paintings, drawings, photography, essays, sculpture, etc. Chosen submissions will be included in our Community Wall at
http://www.moonlightramble.com. Residents of St. Louis of all ages are welcome to participate. Those interested can visit our website for submission details.
